JTTR respects authors' intellectual property rights while ensuring permanent scholarly access through an open-access publishing model.
Copyright Ownership
Authors retain copyright in all articles published in JTTR. By accepting publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and communicate the article in all media while the copyright remains with the authors.

Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material owned by third parties. Material not covered by the article's licence may require separate permission from the original copyright holder.
Repository and Archiving
JTTR supports long-term preservation through DergiPark and encourages institutional and disciplinary repository deposit. The published Version of Record should be cited whenever possible.
Copyright Infringement
Credible copyright complaints are investigated promptly. Where infringement is confirmed, JTTR may issue corrections, remove infringing material where legally necessary, or retract the publication in accordance with its publication ethics policy.
